experience has taught me that Health and Happiness is a multifaceted gem. That we must focus our attention on eating well,
getting regular aerobic exercise and practice mindfulness. Health is not a spectator
sport. All our lifestyle choices effect our risk of heart disease, osteoporosis, stress,
pain and other conditions that reduce longevity and degrade our
quality of life. The more energy you put into improving your Health and Happiness the greater will be your result.
The Chiropractic Profession has promoted these ideals for more than a century and has been at the forefront of the Wellness
Movement. Chiropractic care improves quality of life through increasing healthy function,
decreasing pain, balancing the nervous system and promoting our sense of well being.
During my time in practice I have cared for professional and Olympic athletes, professional dancers, amateur athletes, children,
the elderly and everyone in between.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic at the prestigious National University
of Health Sciences and completed my Postdoctoral studies in Chiropractic Neurology at Logan College under
Professor Frederick R. Carrick, DC, PhD. I was
certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Neurology then served three years as a Member and Officer of
the American Chiropractic Neurology Board of Examiners. As an endurance athlete I have
ridden thousands of kilometers on my bicycle, trekked the Cascade and Eastern Sierra mountain ranges and climbed Kilimanjaro,
the highest peak on the continent of Africa. I regularly commute to work on my bicycle.
